Jessica Miceli, NCC, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor

Challenges in our lives, work, and relationships can evoke feelings of frustration, tension, and discontent.  These challenges may stem from change, grief, stagnation, or conflict or lack of boundaries with others.  They can leave us feeling lost, questioning our purpose and the direction we are heading.

Jessica has experience working with adolescents and adults.  She utilizes cognitive-behavioral and existential-humanistic therapies to help clients cultivate a sense of purpose, ease tensions, and improve interpersonal relationships.  Jessica provides a relaxed space to process these concerns with empathy and open-mindedness.    Jessica has special interest and experience working with adult clients and caregivers who have faced a cancer diagnosis and are at any point in their cancer journey.  She worked within a research framework at the University of Pittsburgh, helping patients cope with their diagnosis, side effects of treatment, grief, communication with medical staff, and personal relationships.  Jessica appreciates that living with cancer can abruptly change life’s direction and put strain on our closest relationships.  She offers a space where one can talk openly and honestly about these changes.
