With many years of experience in the adoption field, Laura has worked with children and families who have faced trauma, loss, abuse, and neglect. She also specializes as a Licensed Professional Counselor, supporting young children and their families dealing with ADHD, anxiety, autism, and disruptive behavior disorders. Laura believes in including parents in all aspects of their child's treatment to achieve optimal outcomes for every family member.

Licensed Professional Counselor Jason has experience working with adolescents and adults, focusing on needs including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and grief. His background in mental health Service Coordination has provided him with a strong knowledge of local system services, allowing him to assist individuals in accessing additional supports that might benefit them. This background also instilled in Jason a strong sense of social justice, driving him to help those he serves become great self-advocates. Jason utilizes approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy, believing that people often have the answers to help themselves through life's problems. These interventions serve as a guide to finding one's potential. Additionally, these modalities borrow from some of the best principles of both Eastern and Western philosophy, which Jason finds useful in addressing the contradictions and absurdities of life, as meaning-making can be both profound and practical.

Jane has 7 years of experience working with both teens and adults who are struggling with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, autistic burnout, and Intergenerational/Complex Trauma (CPTSD). As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she employs a Humanistic approach, incorporating aspects of CBT and Existential Theory to support clients in developing individualized coping skills needed to access and utilize foundational strengths. She understands that day-to-day life can be particularly challenging for those who are neurodivergent, grew up in less than ideal situations, struggle with depression and/or anxiety, or live with chronic health conditions. Her goal as your counselor is to gain a thorough understanding of you and how you relate to the world as an individual, because everyone deserves access to grounded and forthright support in making their way forward. Additionally, Jane is trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy, further enhancing her ability to assist families in navigating their challenges.
