Licensed Professional Counselor & Art Therapist

Stacey has experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and chronic and terminal illness. Stacey has worked in community non-profit organizations, preschool and elementary settings, and inpatient and outpatient hospital settings specific to oncology and rehabilitation. Stacey has a strong background in providing individual, couples and group therapy.


Stacey is a Licensed Professional Therapist (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR), who focuses within Client-Centered Therapy, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Practices and/or Art Therapy. Stacey focuses on creative approaches, working collaboratively with clients to recognize their strengths, and assist in the management of life challenges and transitions. Stacey encourages and challenges each unique client to “think outside the box” while developing necessary coping strategies to best meet their needs and achieve their goals.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Rebecca is a certified Gestalt therapist with over 200 hours of supervised training with The Gestalt Institute of Pittsburgh. Rebecca's approach is gentle and collaborative, and incorporates relational and mindfulness experiences. Rebecca specializes in treatment of anxiety disorders and depression, and has additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She treats a variety of diagnoses and issues including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, poor self esteem, parenting and pregnancy-related issues, grief and loss, among others. 


Rebecca can help you develop positive coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and improve self confidence. She believes that identities, relationships and emotions tend to shift and change over time, and enjoys helping her clients navigate life transitions

 Chris helps clients navigate the complexities of relationships and communication issues--either personally (partners, parents, children, extended family, social networks), professionally (managers, peers, direct reports, stakeholders), or the relationship with their self (limiting beliefs or narratives, self-talk, or uncovering personal values).   His experience includes handling significant life transitions, improving communications, managing conflict, strengthening relationships, drawing healthy boundaries, re/building trust, honoring differences, weathering grief, working with emotion, unpacking baggage, or re/discovering one's own spirituality 


In addition to coaching, Chris holds certifications in mediation and is a Myers Briggs practitioner.
